Our Soil House Story

Soil House is a bio-rich soil amendment business that produces vermicompost, compost, and biochar. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, microbially active soil solutions to our local community. We believe that people and soil are interchangeably connected, and in order for healthy homes to thrive, our soils must be healthy—and vice versa.

Our story began when we returned home from living overseas and were inspired to create a large garden in our backyard. We immediately noticed the need for healthy soil amendments and places that support market gardens and homesteads in the Springfield, MO area. We prioritize healthy, living soils and vibrant, thriving homes. At Soil House, we are committed to helping our customers achieve just that, "Living Soil, Vibrant Home."
